What the Social Hub is and what it’s for

The Social Hub is a feature designed for anyone who wants to turn Wisecut into a complete hub for creating and distributing content. In it, you not only export videos, but also publish and schedule them directly to the main social networks.

On top of that, Wisecut automatically generates a title, description, and hashtags for each post, helping you save time and keep your messaging consistent.
Currently, the Social Hub is available on the Starter+ and Professional+ plans. If your plan does not include the Social Hub, you will need to upgrade in order to use these features.

Supported social networks

Inside the Social Hub, you can connect several social media platforms where you already have a presence or want to start one.

 Today, you can integrate:

  • YouTube
  • Instagram Business
  • TikTok
  • X (formerly Twitter)
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • Threads
  • Bluesky
You do not have to connect all of them: you can choose only the platforms that make sense for your content strategy and audience.

How to connect your social media accounts

As soon as you access the Social Hub for the first time, the first step is to connect the social media accounts you want to use. This process is quick and guided:

    1. Access the Social Hub inside Wisecut.
    2. On the main screen, you will see the icons of the available social networks.
    3. Click the “+” button for the social network you want to connect.
    4. When you click it, a new tab will open in your browser.
    5. In this new tab, log in to your social media account and grant the requested permissions.
    6. Once the process is complete, the social media account will appear as connected in the Social Hub.
You can repeat this flow for each social media account you want to integrate. If you ever want to disconnect or switch accounts, just go back to the Social Hub and adjust the connections as needed.

How the posting flow works after exporting a video

Once your accounts are connected, the Social Hub becomes a natural part of your video workflow. It works like this:

      1. You create and edit your video in Wisecut as usual.
      2. When the video is ready, you export it.
      3. After export, you will see an extra option to share the video on social media.
      4. When you click the share button, a window opens for you to choose which social network you want to publish that video on.
      5. After selecting the social network, Wisecut automatically generates:
        • A suggested title
        • A suggested description
        • Hashtags related to the content
These fields are fully editable: you can keep the suggestions as they are or adjust them to better match your voice, your strategy, and the context of each post.

Publish now or schedule for later

When you define the content of the post (title, description, and hashtags), you also decide how you want that post to go live:

        • Publish immediately: the video is sent right away to the selected social network.
        • Schedule: you pick the date and time when you want the post to be published.
By choosing scheduling, you set a specific date and time, ensuring your content goes out at strategic moments even if you are not online. Before confirming, you always have the chance to review all the information in the post.

Editing the suggested texts (title, description, hashtags)

One of the benefits of the Social Hub is automatic text generation for your posts, but you’re always in control. For each post, you can:

          • Adjust the title to make it more compelling.
          • Edit the description, adding calls to action, links, and extra information.
          • Change, remove, or add hashtags according to your strategy.
This lets you use Wisecut’s suggestions as a starting point without being “locked in” to the automatic text.

            Instagram Conversion Agent

Within the Social Hub, you also have the Instagram Conversion Agent, a feature designed to turn engagement into traffic and sales. It works as an automation tied to the comments on your Instagram posts.

You set a keyword that your audience must comment on a post (for example, “want”, “link”, “class”, “course”). Whenever someone comments that word on the post, they automatically receive a direct message with a link you previously defined. It can be:
            • A product page
            • A lead capture landing page
            • A website, blog, or specific piece of content
This automation is configured directly in the posting flow for Instagram inside the Social Hub, with no need for external tools.

How to set up the Instagram Conversion Agent

While creating or editing an Instagram post in the Social Hub, you will see the Instagram Conversion Agent area. At that point, you can:

              1. Enable the automation for that post.
              2. Set the keyword that your audience should comment.
              3. Enter the link that will be automatically sent via direct message to anyone who comments with that word.
After saving the configuration and finishing the process to publish or schedule, the Conversion Agent will be active for that specific post. As soon as the post is live and your audience starts commenting the configured keyword, direct messages are sent automatically.

                Review before publishing or scheduling

Throughout the Social Hub posting flow, you always have the chance to review the information before finalizing. Before you publish or schedule, you can check:

                • Which video is being used
                • Which social network was selected
                • Title, description, and hashtags
                • Date and time (for scheduled posts)
                • Instagram Conversion Agent settings, when applicable
Only after this review do you confirm the post, reducing the risk of publishing something with text errors, incorrect timing, or wrong links.

Calendar: a view of your published and scheduled posts

To help you keep control over your content strategy, the Social Hub provides a calendar dedicated to your posts. When you enter the Social Hub, you’ll find a button on the right side to access the calendar.

                  In the calendar, you can:
                  • See all posts that have already been published and those that are scheduled.
                  • View your content organized by day.
                  • Identify which social networks have posts on each day.
When you click on a specific day, you see in detail:
                  • The list of all posts for that day
                  • The time of each publication
                  • Which social networks each post went or will go to
This view helps you avoid gaps or an overload of posts on the same day and gives you more clarity over your posting routine.

Benefits of using the Social Hub in your daily workflow

By centralizing everything in the Social Hub, you:

                    • Save time by avoiding the manual process of downloading a video and uploading it separately to each platform.
                    • Keep a more consistent presence on social media thanks to scheduling.
                    • Use suggested texts to speed up your workflow while still having full freedom to customize.
                    • Create Instagram conversion automations that turn comments into clicks to your links.
                    • Get a clear view of your content strategy through the posting calendar.
In short, the Social Hub turns Wisecut into a complete solution for creating, publishing, and automating content, helping you achieve more results with less effort.
