Will the credit roll over to the next month?

No, credits do not roll over. All monthly credits are reset on your subscription renewal date and are only valid for that billing cycle.

🔢 How do plan limits work?

Each subscription plan includes specific limits. Most of these are fixed monthly limits, such as:

  • Storage capacity

  • Maximum file size

  • Maximum duration per uploaded video

These fixed limits reset every month and do not accumulate.

The only exception is the processing time (measured in minutes or hours). This is the time allowed for uploading and creating projects using your videos.

⏳ Processing time does not carry over

Your processing time renews on your billing date — the same day each month when your subscription was first activated.

🧠 Example:
If your subscription began on the 15th, and your plan includes 4 hours per month:

  • You can use those 4 hours anytime until the 15th of the next month.

  • If you use the full 4 hours early, you must wait until the next renewal (the 15th) to receive new credits.

🎬 How are credits used?

Processing time is only deducted when you create a new project, based on the duration of the original uploaded or linked video.

📌 Example:

  • You upload or paste a link to a 1-hour video: 1 hour is deducted.

  • You now have 3 hours left for the month.

  • After the project is created, you can edit and export clips freely — no additional credits will be used.

So, keep an eye on your project durations to manage your quota efficiently!
